Axure RP is sold as a named user license according to the terms and conditions of the EULA. Each license can be installed on two of the named user's machines (2

PCs, 2 Macs or one of each). The first year of maintenance (all updates) is included in the cost of the license.

As an Axure customer you are entitled to email support and phone support as needed. Even if your maintenance has lapsed we will continue to support you with product questions and requests.

Your Axure RP license will be sent electronically. You can download the latest version of Axure RP and then use the license key to register your copy of Axure RP.

Each renewal provides you with an additional 12 months of Axure RP updates. At the end of the 12 month period, you can continue to use the current version you have installed or you can purchase a renewal for another 12 months of updates.

Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a renewal key and instructions on how to apply the renewal key in your Customer Portal account to your license(s).

After purchasing the renewal, you will have 6 months to apply the renewal key to your existing licenses.
